As a child of the sixties, I spent my life searching for truth in philosophy, religion, social sciences, and eventually, occult and ceremonial magic. I went through the processes of several esoteric schools, but in the end, the most substantial thing that stuck with me was the practice of meditation. I discovered that the continued practice of mediation, following certain guidelines, can lead to the activation of a new process in the individual, something I call a Second Awakening.
