What does it mean to Dream you are Eating a Human Heart?

I had this dream last night. Pretty crazy. I was working in a hospitals and they would be recovering organs from organ donors. They would get them out of these ice chests and give to me to put away in a fridge somewhere. They weren’t wrapped or anything they would just come out raw. Finally I got a human heart and thougth “oh yeah, those taste so good!” So I took a bite. It tasted wonderful but I instantly regretted as I thought, “oh yeah, someone probably needs this for a heat-transplant.” So I just put it in the fridge hoping no one would notice. Its like when you leave a piece of Cake in the the break room fridge at work and someone takes bite but no one will admit to it.

Pretty wild, just thought I’d share that.
